‘Brendan’s design transformed a predominantly dark kitchen area in an Edwardian house in Terenure into a light infused living space incorporating a state of the art modern kitchen with a dining and sitting area. An extension comprising a utility room with garden access was cleverly created and completed the project. His clever use of windows, sky-lights and doors practically brings the garden into our home.Our revamped home has given us enormous pleasure over the last eight years,it still looks remarkably fresh and visitors are still complimenting the design.
The best compliment I can pay Brendan is that he listened intently to what we wanted and incorporated our wishes into a superb design. His attention to detail was fantastic, as demonstrated by the granite capping on the top of the extension and the window which maintains the integrity of the rear of the property. Brendan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the project and if I was ever to embark on a similar project,he would be the first person I would consult.
